CURFEW REMINDER:
All bowlers must be in their hotel rooms no later than midnight!
Hotel Etiquette:
Parents, we ask that your child be chaperoned at all times. The safety of our children is our first priority. We will be sharing the hotel with the NC & SC Teams and other hotel guest that travel for business and recreation. Please be aware of your surroundings, and do not allow your children to just wander the halls of the hotel.
Your attendance at all 3 tournaments is essential to the success of the team. If you have any conflict with tournament dates, please let us know and email us at: georgiaallstarbowlers@yahoo.com
PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE FRIDAY BEFORE THE TOURNAMENT TO CALL
This is why we have alternates. It is not fair to the team or the alternate if we do not receive notice in a timely fashion, to allow the alternate bowler and family enough time to make travel arrangements, especially for the NC and SC tournaments.
Conduct:
Poor Sportsmanship, derogatory conduct/language, bullying, harassment, etc., DRUGS and/or ALCOHOL USE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. IF CAUGHT, SWIFT AND IMMEDIATE ACTION/DISCIPLINE WILL BE TAKEN.
Remember, you are representing the State of Georgia for the entire weekend, whether you are at the bowling center or at the hotel. Everything that we do, good or bad, will be reported back to the Georgia State Youth Board.
